Body wraps always comes across many women and men mind. Especially those who gave birth and try to get rid of the extra baby weight. I know it ha been hard but let me ease your mind about it. Here in Las Vegas I went to this spa Called wellness body wraps number one in Vegas (thanks to groupon) The receptionist was explaining to me what the wraps are for. They encourage you to eat right and keep up with your daily exercise when doing the wraps and drink lots of water at least 1 gallon a day. Do not do it if you are breastfeeding. When I tried it I felt so relaxed and less tensed I actually fell asleep. The whole environment was so relaxing. All of your toxins that was stuck within your skin are burned away. This will help those who struggle to get rid of that hard stubborn fat that is hard to get rid off. Try it. I will suggest to use groupon in your area for great deals. Let me know how it went.

Working out.. many questions are asked, where do I start? Who will take care of my baby? should I join a gym? What is my plan?
My advice is just do it. All my life I always found excuses why I haven't worked out. Me being a new mommy just takes a routine and a little help.
Here are a few tips I picked up on my own to keep a healthy lifestyle and raising a my baby.
  • You can always start with home workouts such as cardio and simple push ups, sit ups, jump rope, etc.
  • Many gyms are now offering child care and cameras where you can keep an eye on the staff while your baby is in child care. Something you should really look into. For example in Las Vegas LVAC is one of the few gyms that allow child care and they are fabulous.
  • Also you can find personal trainers or kickboxing gyms for cheap price and most of these gyms allow you to have your baby there with you. You just have to do your research depending in your area.
  • HEALTHY MEALS IS A MUST!!
  • If you are working like me it will be a bit difficult to try to go to the gym everyday. Try to find a routine maybe go three times a week and make sure you don't break your diet.
  • I am sure your parents or partner will love to take care of the baby while you go to the gym for an hour. Ask and they will be happy to help.
  • Motivation is the key to everything. Once adding your workout to your daily lifestyle you will feel refreshed.
  • Don't worry about not losing weight maybe the most is 15lbs or 30lbs just as long as you feel healthy and refreshed I believe it is worth it. If you lose some weight that is great!! just keep up the lifestyle.
In my opinion your body is built differently just like many new moms out there. So don't stress about it. Just keep a good routine. I believe in you beautiful mommies.

Healthy Tips
  • White meat (chicken, fish, turkey, etc.) are great for your lean diet.
  • Red meat is a good source of protein especially if you are doing weight lifting (such as beef pork etc)
  • At least a gallon of water daily can help with your diet
  • veggies are great for your diet (especially your greens)
This will help a lot for your body. Now if you are breastfeeding I will suggest to speak to your doctor regarding your health to fee your baby. It takes time of course but try to do it little by little. If you want any help I can try to help you as much as i can.

As a new mommy it is hard to maintain yourself beautiful, not beautiful by being nicely dressed all day or wearing makeup, I meant by your well being. Such as health wise. I just gave birth to my baby girl April 2018 and it has been a struggle especially with my hormones flying around. But I gave a positive attitude and tried to relax my body. Of course I listened to my doctors and took it little by little. 80% of mommies tend to gain baby weight and keep gaining after having the baby and it's ok. My experience I took nice walks around my neighborhood with my husband and of course after 6 weeks I started to hit the gym. My diet has changed of course. I started a low carb diet since I am not breastfeeding. Mostly white and red meat with veggies. Berries have been my bestfriend for cravings. I chose not to eat any rice, bread, and tortillas. Of course you guys can eat wheat bread, wheat tortillas and brown rice. I felt beautiful because I have been working out and eating healthier. I feel like my body is refreshed and I can do basically anything.
Mommies!!!! You are glowing and you are now in motherhood. As a new mom for the past 2 months and a half I have experienced changes in both myself and my baby girl. But I have had people saying to me "you are glowing!!" or "look how beautiful you look" and honestly it is a lot of hard work. I love being a mom but I am exhausted. But the beauty of it I have a daughter who looks up to me. Of course I was scared just like all new mommies are. But it takes practice and a little bit of instinct. I even cried when my baby cried. What I do is just find a routine to take care of myself and take care of my baby. It may not help many new mommies. Some mommies might get criers and some may not. But what you can do is just learn your baby's routine. Only you as a mom know what your baby wants and doesn't want. Newborns are a bit difficult but luckily for you it's only temporary. Babies tend to grow with their own personality so you as a mom will get to understand your baby. It is ok that you don't always know what to do. We have our moms who can help you in any way they can. no mom is perfect but you are perfect in your baby's eyes. You mommies are beautiful and will be awesome moms!!
